We spent two weeks relaxing in the apartment of Fam. Draeger vebracht. The with everything is beautiful old apartment furnished what one needs, and with a successful mix of old and new furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped so we have cooked daily. On the large terrace you can have breakfast in the sun, or simply relax in the deck chair. From the apartment you can walk to the old town or the beach. The bus stop is around the corner, and it is also not far to the streetcar. The apartment is located in a residential area, but restaurants, supermarket, and shops are nearby and within walking distance. Likewise, the daily market. The family were friendly Draeger, uncomplicated attentive and host. Always a good excursion or restaurant tip available. Not to mention super the coffee and the delicious grapefruit from the garden. The apartment is a good starting point for trips into the area and of course for Nice itself, and absolutely recommendable.
Great location in Nice
Three days we spent with the very nice hosts, and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very tastefully furnished. The location is good. The parking space on the property is safe. Our host provided us with tips and an excellent tasting self-roasted espresso. If Nice or the Coast are once again on the program, we will stay again asleep.

We had a nice, relaxing stay in a very pleasant environment! Great stay in Nice
We spent a week in this house. It 'a portion of Villa, beautiful and decorated with great taste and convenience. The room are large, very comfortable beds, it's cot, the dishwasher and the washing machine. It has small garden, th e Central has a parking space, which serves Nice. Olaf and his family were very attentive to our needs and very discreet. ideal place to rest and very Central. A 20-minute walk on the Promenade des Anglais and arrivals within 50 meters there is everything you need (restaurants, supermarkets, bus stop). We were really very good. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and really rated the rental of the house. The beach, shops, restaurants, trams and nozzles are all within walking distances. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in central Nice but without all the noise from the crowd, this is the place for you. The house was very clean and very well equipped with everything one Would need for a perfect stay. We cooked MOST days in the well equipped kitchen and all shops and markets within walking distance. Olaf and Joelle were wonderful hosts and couldn't do enough for us and Olaf Makes a great cup of coffee. We had a great time staying here and Would Have no hesitation in Recommending this apartment to friends and family.We'll be back !!
Top and family
The first contact with Mr. Draeger and without problems came immediately after the booking. The condo proved to be lucky enough to be top-notch and equipped with everything you need. Mr. Dreager provided each one a traffic-favorable incentive route. Also, he gave helpful tips for beach and sightseeing. We were completely satisfied. Eine Woche wir waren zu dieser zweit in wunderbaren, sehr sauberen, roomy Wohnung. Ab der ersten Minute fühlten wir uns wohl und Zuhause. In der großen und sehr gut ausgestatteten Liess sich prima Küche kochen. Auf der Terrasse könnten wir unser Abendbrot frühstücken und genießen. Das ausgesprochen net und bei hilfsbereite Vermieterehepaar versorgte each selbstgerösteten Kaffeespezialitäten mit guten Tips für Nizza. Wir können die Wohnung bestens weiter empfehlen.
Great stay at this apartment Nice
Me and my partner HAD Such a lovely time staying at Olaf and Joelle's apartment. They were really accommodating to us making sour We had everything we need. Olaf's coffee was great to try aussi! The apartment Itself is lovely and so spacious on the ground floor of Their beautiful building. It was nice to have a bit more space, HAVING beens staying in studio apartments at our previous destinations. The location is away from the tourist area qui we liked and it is close enough to the bus station if you prefer transportation INSTEAD of walking into the main center. I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment as we had a great time.

We had three weeks in Olaf and Joelle's ground floor apartment, ALTHOUGH and They Live on the 1st and 2nd floors we still HAD privacy. They were so welcoming and made sour We had what we needed. The apartment was spacious, high ceilings, well equipped, and clean. They-have for a car park off because qui is not always available in Nice. About 1 mile from Baie des Anglais, shops and restaurants, there is a purpose bus stop (5 mins walk) and a tram stop (10 mins walk), and a well stocked Carefour less than 10 minutes walk. I miss my morning "real" coffee made expertly by Olaf - beats George Clooney's Nespresso !!!
We recommend this property for its spacious apartment and really well laid out for its relaxing terrace, surrounded by fragrant lemon, orange and grapefruit. But we would like to especially acknowledge the kindness of Joelle and her family who combined availability, attention and discretion throughout our stay. The apartment is an ideal starting point to discover Nice, guided by the advice of Joëlle, walk for those who enjoy walking or using the nearby tram to the less brave. Your car can stay in the courtyard of the apartment, which is a comfort in a city where parking is difficult.
Great time spent in Nice. Good reception, accommodation and pleasant environment. To visit the city and its surroundings rental is well located, bus and tram nearby. During our week, our car stayed behind. N'hésitez not have to get to St Paul Sales (1 hour bus ride), Monaco, St Tropez ... (Nice Port Departures). A holiday stay in an apartment in comfortable and well equipped
Very nice 3 night stay in a beautiful apartment (ground floor of a beautiful house) very spacious and well equipped. Dishwasher and washing machine available in the great Mediterranean Cuisine. We have a large wooded and fenced terrace available, fully equipped (large garden table, sunbathing, retractable umbrella, large gas grill). The owners, Joëlle and Olaf were very welcome and were available while being very discrete (living on the upper floors). Finally the apartment was ideally located for us because near many bus lines a few minutes walk. Nice Tramway and Central Station in about 10 minutes walk. All was perfect, even the weather! :) We highly recommend renting this apartment!
